At Percy’s Fine Linens, we take pride in offering only the highest quality linens and home essentials. Many of our items are custom-made, special order, or imported directly from our suppliers. As such, order fulfillment and shipping times can vary depending on availability.

 

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Standard Processing: In-stock items typically ship within 7-10 business days.

  • Special Orders / Made-to-Order Items: Due to the nature of our industry, some orders may take 4–6 weeks to be fulfilled before they are shipped. This allows us to ensure the finest craftsmanship and quality for your selections.

 

Back Orders

    • Items that are temporarily out of stock or require special ordering are considered backordered.

    • You will be notified within 3 business days if any items in your order are on backorder, along with an estimated shipping timeframe.

    • Backordered items may take 4–6 weeks (or longer depending on supplier availability).

    • If there are any significant delays beyond the estimated timeframe, our team will contact you promptly with an updated delivery schedule or alternative options.

    Shipping Methods

    • We ship via trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

    • Standard ground shipping is available for most orders. Expedited shipping may be available upon request (please contact us prior to placing your order).

    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

    Order Updates

    You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, as well as a tracking number once your items have shipped.
