At Percy’s Fine Linens, we want you to love your purchase. Each item we carry is carefully chosen for its exceptional quality, comfort, and craftsmanship. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Please note that certain items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange (see below). Returns may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. 

  • Returned items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.


Final Sale Items

To ensure the integrity, hygiene, and quality of our products, the following items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged:

  • Linens that have been opened from their packaging, even if not used or placed on a bed

  • All down and down-alternative products, including pillows & comforters

  • Mattress pads

  • Laundry wash and bath & body products

  • Custom or special-order items


Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of 25% may apply to returns of items that are eligible for return.

  • Final sale items and items that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return and are excluded from restocking.

  • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund prior to issuing credit to the original form of payment.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Please contact us at percysfinelinens@gmail.com with your order number to request a return authorization.

  2. Once authorized, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after the return is received.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can promptly resolve the issue at no cost to you.
